1. Scope and Changes

GTC, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company trading as Wealth One ("Wealth One" or "we") operates the website www.wealthoneonline.com (“Website”) in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Wealth One respects your privacy and we want you to be confident in sharing your information with us. This Website Privacy Statement is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect from users, how we use that information, and the circumstances under which we will share it with third parties. This Privacy Statement applies only to the Website. It does not apply to your use of any other Website (whether or not operated by us), including any Website which we provide links to or Website of our partners or advertisers (including, without limitation, Service Providers) or to any activities which are not online. Service User Information enables Wealth One to provide Service Users with information specifically about requested services. We collect certain information on the Website through the user's experience and activities, cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that detail their viewing preferences, activities and interactions with the Website. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the Website for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to the Website, and, subject to the Opt-Out Policy stated below, to direct pertinent marketing promotions and communications to them.

4. Third Party Advertising and Links to Third Party Website

Third parties displaying advertisements on our Website may also use cookies which are activated when you click on those advertisements. Wealth One does not control the use of cookies by third parties. The use of cookies by these companies is subject to their own privacy policies, which you may review by visiting their website.

5. Opt-out Policy/Contact Us

We understand you may not want to receive email from us or from Service Providers and our advertisers. You can choose to opt-out of receiving e-mail communications from us and from our sharing your contact data with our Associates and advertisers for direct marketing purposes by following the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail communication.
