We are highly skilled in the preparation of corporation income tax returns. This includes both C-corporations and S-corporations.
Our services include Federal returns as well as all state corporate returns.

In many cases our clients conduct business in more than one state during a year. We will properly allocate income, costs and expenses
to reflect tax liabilities in each state.

We work with our clients prior to their corporate year end to anticipate potential tax liabilities and to develop strategies for lowering taxes.

Many states require Personal Property Tax filings as well as other special corporate filings.
We will prepare these filings as necessary.
